What are the techniques for glass doors

The glass door process mainly includes three categories: surface treatment, installation process, and decoration process, as follows:
Surface treatment process
Double process of sandblasting and anti fingerprint film: enhances dirt resistance and facilitates daily wiping, commonly used for suede glass doors in high-end customized furniture exhibition halls.
Chemical etching/sandblasting carving: forming three-dimensional patterns through acidic solution corrosion or high-pressure sand flow impact, suitable for artistic glass doors.
Laser engraving: Accurately depicting complex patterns, suitable for high-precision design.
Installation process
Fixed glass installation: The glass panel needs to be fixed on a wooden base and filled with sealant to ensure that the glass edge covers the interface of the door frame column.
Hollow glass production: It requires steps such as cleaning the glass, laminating, gluing, vacuuming and filling with argon gas, and finally assembling the frame and gluing.
Decoration process
Embossed glass: Patterns are pressed out through molds, which are transparent but opaque, suitable for door and window partitions.
Laminated glass: PVB film is used to bond glass and patterned materials, with high safety performance and suitable for personalized decoration.
Engraved glass: Hand carved, chemically etched, or laser engraved patterns to enhance visual effects.
